What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Now ITSM Integration Consultant position at Comcentric Inc.?
We are seeking a Service Now ITSM Integration Consultant for a 10–12-month contract. The primary purpose of this role is focused on the integration on core ITSM functionalities, and consultants will play a crucial role in implementing, customizing, and delivering a successful ServiceNow platform that aligns with the city’s needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM Pro implementation, configuration, and integration.
- Deep understanding of IT Service Management processes, including Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management (CMDB), Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
- Strong experience with data migration and system integration.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- ADA compliance knowledge for accessibility requirements.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and teams.
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation.
- Ability to create and maintain documentation for system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ITIL Foundation, or equivalent are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with multi-tenancy setups in ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow HR Business Module (optional).
- Previous experience working in government or public sector IT environments is a plus.
