We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Coordinator to join our team of professionals. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Center's recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support for recruiting, including posting vacant positions and assisting with applicant reviews.
- Conduct background checks and pre-employment screening for new hires.
- Prepare and process new hire paperwork and onboarding.
- Maintain employment files and assist with staff training and orientation programs.
- Support benefits enrollment and distribute information on benefit programs to employees.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and advanced degrees are preferred. A minimum of two years human resources experience is necessary for this role.
