**Job Description:**
We are seeking a qualified Part Time LPN to join our team at Adams and Associates, Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preventative and emergency health services and wellness education to students. This includes evaluating, determining, and recommending appropriate medical, mental health, and dental care.
Confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with all HIPAA laws are essential requirements of this role.
We require an LPN Certification from an accredited program and a valid, active, unrestricted in-state license to practice as an LPN.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of healthcare experience and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures ensuring no manipulation of student data.
- Assists the Wellness Director in coordinating and providing medical, mental, and dental services.
- Complies with local and federal guidelines for medication administration and medical record maintenance.
- Conducts cursory medical examinations for students as allowed by state practice laws.
- Performs first aid treatment, bedside patient care, and other wellness services as required.
- Produces quality work/assignments in a thorough, timely, and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- LPN Certification from an accredited program.
- Valid, active, unrestricted in-state license to practice as an LPN.
- A minimum of one year of healthcare experience preferred.
