Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and optimize financial operations within the hospital. This leadership role is responsible for managing all aspects of the revenue cycle, including credit management, payment processing, compliance, and collections.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage all aspects of the revenue cycle, including credit management, payment processing, compliance, and collections.
- Oversee credit card payment software and ensure PCI compliance.
- Process online credit card payments and manage daily POI charges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness.
