The Employee Health Infection Prevention Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the infection prevention and employee health initiatives within the organization. This role involves initiating and implementing standards aimed at promoting safety for both employees and patients, acting as a key advocate for health and safety practices. The manager serves as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to various departments and personnel to ensure compliance with established health standards.
Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
Requirements
40 hours per week - First Shift
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Current Nursing License in State of Indiana OR Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science
Management Experience Preferred
Five (5) years of clinical experience preferred
Certification in Infection Control (CIC) within 3 years of hire
