Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a New Home Sales Specialist located in Smithfield, NC. The New Home Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial contact through closing. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with potential homebuyers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role also involves coordinating with homebuilding teams, explaining the purchase process, and ensuring a smooth home buying experience for customers.
