This $100 million community bank is in an exciting growth phase and is seeking a Branch Manager to lead their branch just west of Lake McConaughey in Nebraska. Known for its recreational opportunities, including hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities, this area offers a great work-life balance. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of the branch and manage a loan portfolio of $15 million, 90% agriculture, with the remainder in commercial lending. The Ag portfolio consists of corn, beans, hay, sugar beets, and cattle. The bank is looking for someone with at least three years of agricultural lending experience, although they are also open to seasoned lenders. Compensation will be competitive and aligned with experience. This role includes managing a team of three direct reports: a teller, a new accounts representative, and a loan officer/analyst.
