We’re looking for a high-performing, entrepreneurial B2B Outside Sales Rep ready to take full ownership of a growing territory — starting with Southern California and Texas.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospect, pitch, and close new clients in construction, government, education, and commercial spaces.
- Travel 60% of the time to meet clients, conduct site checks, and attend trade shows.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, quoting, purchase orders, and project follow-through.
- Take on technical details — reviewing site plans, taking field measurements, and coordinating installation needs.
- Be the go-to expert for your territory, tracking all deals and driving growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4 years of B2B outside sales experience (construction or leasing industry a plus)
- Proven track record of beating sales quotas and growing a book of business
- Comfortable wearing steel-toes and using a tape measure on-site
- Strong technical mindset and attention to detail — you own your deals from A to Z
- Confident communicator with great time management
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
