Project Specialist
Location : Buffalo, HQ | Onsite Full-Time
Hours : 8 AM – 4 : 30 PM
Compensation : $60,000

As a Project Specialist , you’ll be the glue that holds projects together —keeping things organized, ensuring smooth execution, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to deliver top-tier safety solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Keeping projects on track – Overseeing multiple orders, coordinating timelines, and ensuring everything moves forward seamlessly
- Owning the details – Managing customer accounts, entering orders in our ERP system, and handling vendor forms
- Solving challenges – Troubleshooting delays, tracking shipments, and proactively removing roadblocks
- Bringing teams together – Leading project launch meetings, ensuring alignment across sales, operations, and technical teams
- Supporting key accounts – Working closely with regional and national sales teams to deliver outstanding service
No two days are the same, and your work will directly impact the success of major projects across North America.

Solution-driven – When challenges come up, you figure things out and find better ways to do things
Team player – You thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment where people genuinely have each other’s backs
