Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, business litigation, real estate disputes, personal injury, employment law, and general tort litigation.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
- Manage all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal, including court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
- Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with partners and clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedural rules.
- Participate in business development and client outreach efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- MO licensed***
- 1-5 years of civil litigation experience preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and courtroom advocacy abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
