Conflicts Analyst
The Conflicts Analyst ensures timely, accurate conflict reviews to minimize firm risk with sharp attention to detail and stellar internal service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input parties and corporate family trees into the conflicts database accurately.
- Deliver clear, thorough conflict reports to attorneys and management, both written and verbal.
- Provide fast, reliable support while juggling priorities and maintaining accuracy.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
- Experience with InTapp-Open, Elite, or similar conflicts software.
- Familiarity with corporate-family research tools like Dun & Bradstreet.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A knack for clear communication, sharp analysis, and excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of engagement letters, conflict waivers, and law firm structures.
- Boolean logic skills for conflicts searches and a keen eye for resolving issues.
Qualifications:
- Required: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate.
- Experience: 2 years in a law firm.
