Join a vibrant and sophisticated AmLaw firm's growing San Diego office as a Corporate Legal Support Specialist. This full-time role offers a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits, including a 37.5-hour work week. The ideal Corporate Legal Support Specialist will support 2 attorneys, demonstrating strong corporate legal skills and comfort with state and federal filings. The Corporate Legal Support Specialist provides high-level legal support, managing a wide range of technical, document processing, and administrative services. This role requires professionalism, technical savvy, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the creation, editing, proofreading, and processing of corporate legal documents, including Articles of Incorporation / Formation, Bylaws, Operating Agreements, Corporate Resolutions, and Minutes of Meetings.
- Maintain both paper and electronic legal files, ensuring documents are organized and up-to-date.
- Handle meeting and travel arrangements, as well as opening new client matters and conducting conflicts searches.
- Manage mail, time entry, billing, expense reimbursements, email, and calendar.
- Produce and process heavy documentation and manage document deliveries.
- Collaborate with administrative support coordinators, paralegals, and other legal support team members.
- Attend team strategy meetings and leverage firm resources effectively.
- Assist with overflow work and special projects as assigned.
