The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for providing support to the legal department and other internal departments handling a variety of corporate and intellectual property matters. This role offers a comprehensive opportunity for an individual to utilize their expertise in corporate governance, contract management, and intellectual property.
Responsibilities
- Contract database management.
- Preparing and interpreting contracts and agreements.
- Entity formations and dissolutions.
- Corporate governance for existing entities.
- Managing and tracking intellectual property registrations.
- Acting as a liaison between the legal department and other internal departments, outside counsel, and vendors.
