Corporate Paralegal (In-House and Remote)
Latitude is seeking a corporate paralegal for a contract / engagement position with a real estate investment firm located in Southern California. The successful candidate must have significant experience drafting business entity governing documents, assembling KYC and closing certificates for investment financing transactions, assisting with the review of vendor agreements and NDAs, and assisting with the compliance function of a company / firm. This is a remote position and the successful candidate can be located anywhere in the United States. It has the potential to be a permanent position if the fit is right between the candidate and the firm. This position will likely start out as 25-30 hours per week with weekly hours possibly increasing as the engagement moves forward.
Requirements for the Corporate Paralegal (In-House and Remote) :
- 5 years of experience drafting business entity governing documents
- 5 years of experience assembling KYC and closing certificates for investment financing transactions
- Experience assisting with the review of vendor agreements and NDAs
- General experience assisting with the compliance function of a company / firm
- Ability to assist with different corporate governance needs, including compliance projects, contract management, corporate minute book maintenance, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree and / or paralegal certificate
- Highly professional, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, strong cross-functional management skills, and willing to enthusiastically assist however needed

Compensation
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $160,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD, AD&D, and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
