- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.
- Ensure all client interactions align with the firm's standards and policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a legal setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility required as needed to accommodate the firm's schedule.
