Job Description : Boutique law firm in Westwood seeks an experienced Legal Client Intake Specialist to join their team. The ideal Legal Client Intake Specialist comes from 2-3 years of experience working in Plaintiff Personal Injury and Employment law, can handle a fast-paced environment, and is preferably bilingual in Spanish.
Legal Client Intake Specialist Job Duties :
- Manage all aspects of client intake including inbound calls and email inquiries
- Obtain necessary information regarding the potential client's case and prepare for attorney review and decision
- Deliver client retainer agreements and additional onboarding documents to approved clients and follow up, as needed
- Maintain strong customer service for all potential and active clients
- Open client matters via Lead Docket database and update client information, when necessary
- Support attorneys and additional team members with administrative tasks, as needed
