A well established Silicon Valley law firm seeks an experienced real estate, land use, and/or business attorney to join their growing team. specializes in real estate, condominium and homeowner association law. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of civil litigation or real estate transaction experience to assist in a diverse array of matters, including:
- Real estate disputes
- Contract interpretation
- Corporate governance
- Assessment recovery
- Restriction enforcement
