A well established Silicon Valley law firm seeks an experienced real estate, land use, and / or business attorney to join their growing team. specializes in real estate, condominium and homeowner association law. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of civil litigation or real estate transaction experience to assist in a diverse array of matters, including :
- Real estate disputes
- Contract interpretation
- Corporate governance
- Assessment recovery
- Restriction enforcement

Must be detail-oriented and experienced in managing a high caseload, with excellent written, verbal communication, and analytical skills.
Desired Skills and Experience
1 year of real estate law experience.
Transactional and litigation experience or exposure preferred.
Real estate, land use, or business law experience required.
Active license with the California State Bar.
