- Financing structures, including construction, acquisition, and mezzanine financing.
- Commercial lease negotiations, particularly for anchor and junior-anchor shopping center leases.
- Oversee construction and development projects, which involves drafting and negotiating AIA construction contracts.
- Draft and negotiate easement agreements, declarations, and related association documentation.
- Manage survey, title, and due diligence review processes efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide strategic counsel to address client requirements.
- Solid legal foundation across diverse practice areas, including Family Law, Environmental Law, Immigration Law, and Securities Law.
- Superior legal judgment and business insight, coupled with a profound understanding of commercial real estate legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven capability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to independently manage case files while effectively collaborating with peers.
- Robust research and analytical capabilities.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
