Adams & Martin Group is seeking Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join a local company in Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities :
- Draft and finalize leases, purchase agreements, addendums, and closing documents.
- Manage corporate records and assist with transaction due diligence, including title and survey reviews.
- Support internal departments with tasks such as preparing tenant welcome letters and construction updates.
- Coordinate closings by preparing checklists, filing required documents (e.g., eCRV), and ensuring timelines are met.
- Oversee property tax appeals and handle lender approval processes.
- Conduct research on real estate transactions and corporate policies.
- Perform general clerical tasks, including correspondence and scheduling.
