Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Paralegal to join a law firm in Downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with an onsite work model.
Assisting with various real estate transactions and legal documentation.
Reviewing and organizing legal materials related to property matters.
Conducting research and due diligence to support legal processes.
Communicating with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
Managing files and ensuring documentation accuracy.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions, including agreements, contracts, and closing documents.
Providing general administrative and legal support as needed.
3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on title and survey matters.
Knowledge of title insurance commitments, endorsements, and title standards.
Familiarity with real estate due diligence
Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in standard office and legal software.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
