Remote Litigation Attorney

We are partnering with a reputable law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney to assist on a remote basis. This position is ideal for an attorney looking for a flexible schedule and the potential for long-term placement. The role can be structured as either temp-to-perm or part-time, based on availability and firm needs.

Position Details:

• Location: Remote (occasional office visits required to pick up case files, in Manning, SC)
• Practice Area: Litigation
• Pay Rate: $43 per hour
• Schedule: Flexible; 20 to 40 hours per week
• Assignment Type: Temp-to-perm or long-term part-time

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law
• Prior litigation experience required
• Strong communication, organization, and legal writing skills
• Ability to work independently while managing deadlines and case files
