A reputable firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Litigation Attorney to handle complex real estate disputes, including landlord-tenant matters, contract disputes, property rights issues, land use and zoning conflicts, and commercial lease litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation and trial experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage cases from pre-litigation through trial and appeals.
Qualifications :
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in the State of Georgia
- 5 years of commercial real estate litigation experience
- Proven trial and dispute resolution experience
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment
