Overview :
The Performance Reporting & Analysis Associate will be an integral member of an 8-person team that provides superior level performance reporting and data analytics. This role requires strong analytical and project management skills, ability to examine and construct private market performance data and apply benchmarking methodologies, and well-developed organizational skills.
Specifically, this individual will be involved in the following critical activities :
- Ensure the accurate completion and the timely delivery of quarterly client performance reports.
- Update and review performance data in PowerPoint slides, pitchbooks, and other client / prospect facing materials.
- Analyze, interpret, and communicate performance data for request for proposals (RFPs), request for information (RFIs), due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and other ad hoc performance reporting data requests.
- Manage and coordinate workflow and processes associated with internal / external requests and deliverables.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to support firm-wide problem solving and develop process enhancements to improve existing reporting and performance data quality.
- Liaise across functions to obtain and synthesize information from investment teams, marketing, legal, finance, accounting, middle office and others in order to effectively deliver requested information.
- Perform strategic ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Demonstrate willingness and interest to continually expand one's knowledge of the various fund structures, investment strategies and the investment process, and the overall private markets industry.
Requirements :
