CAPTRUST is seeking a Performance Reporting Associate who will be responsible for working in various performance reporting software systems to set up and monitor institutional/endowment/foundation investor accounts in addition to managing reporting projects. The Associate will partner with multiple in-house departments along with client actuaries and custodians to research, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues that may arise. Associates must maintain the highest professional and ethical standards, be well organized, service oriented, and capable of performing under tight deadlines. Responsibilities

The Associate will partner with multiple in-house departments along with client actuaries and custodians to research, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues that may arise. Associates must maintain the highest professional and ethical standards, be well organized, service oriented, and capable of performing under tight deadlines. Primary responsibilities may include the following, amongst others:
- Set up, monitor, and maintain accounts with various custodians/money managers within software systems
- Use analytical skills to verify data, identify issues, and work to develop creative and scalable solutions to provide accurate and consistent data to our colleagues and clients
- Respond to incoming inquiries from colleagues related to troubleshooting and review of complex account and data discrepancies
- Assist on CAPTRUST projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of a four-year college degree – Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 0-2 years of applicable experience
- Previous experience in the investment industry
- Detail oriented, analytical, and highly organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of finance/investments and accounting concepts
