Responsibilities
CAPTRUST is seeking a Performance Reporting Associate who utilizes knowledge and skills to assist with the migration of data from legacy systems to Black Diamond for newly acquired offices. The associate must maintain the highest professional and ethical standards, be well organized, service oriented, and capable of performing under tight deadlines. Primary responsibilities may include the following, among others:
- Create portfolios and relationships in Black Diamond in accordance with CAPTRUST’s CRM
- Obtain data feeds for accounts not feeding through major custodians
- Maintain accounts feeding during the integration phase
- Perform and analyze client structural comparisons between systems
- Create, invite, and maintain client users participating in the Black Diamond client portal
- Respond to incoming inquiries from colleagues related to portfolio and portal setup
- Assist with CAPTRUST projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of a two- or four-year college degree – Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 0-3 years of applicable experience
- Detail oriented, analytical, and highly organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of finance/investments and accounting concepts
- Previous experience in the investment industry preferred
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Consistently meets deadlines
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- A high standard of professionalism (dress, manners, conduct)
