We are currently seeking a NYC-Based Software Engineer to join our team.
This opportunity is a hybrid role that requires the incumbent to be in-person at our downtown Manhattan location. We are looking for someone able to join our team within 2 to 3 weeks.

SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team at ADAPT Community Network. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform, SQL Server, query languages, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Data Warehouse. This role requires a detail-oriented and innovative professional who is passionate about developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that support our organization's mission and goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of the Software Developer will include, but are not limited to the following :
- Develop and Maintain Applications : Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Database Management : Manage and optimize SQL Server databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
- Query Development : Write and optimize complex queries using various query languages to extract, manipulate, and analyze data effectively.
- Data Integration : Utilize Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Warehouse to integrate data across multiple sources, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Technical Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting for developed applications and systems, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of developed solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to existing systems and processes.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
COMPENSATION : $80,000 Annually Industry Leading Benefits!
SCHEDULE : Monday-Friday, Hybrid (3 days in office)
