We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team as a Kubernetes System Administrator. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Kubernetes administration, cloud architecture, automation, and DevOps principles. This position is based in Kirkland, WA.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments, including development, staging, and production.
- Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, focusing on scaling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Implement security best practices for Kubernetes clusters, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Kubernetes administration and container orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
