As we embark on an exciting exchange replatforming project to enhance performance, scalability, and to create a foundation for expansion into new asset classes. This multi-phase initiative starts with system parity, followed by the introduction of futures, options, and auctions.
To support this, we're hiring a PM / BA to join our NYC team. At Adaptive, our Project Managers lead by example, fostering autonomy, motivation, and professional growth.

OWN THE DELIVERY PLAN FOR A CLIENT-FACING PROJECT :
Use your personal experience with Agile delivery to take advantage of its strengths and mitigate its potential risksTailor the process to the team and the project circumstancesWork with our clients to manage the scope of the delivery and build a delivery planGive visibility on estimated delivery timeline and track actual progress compared to planActively monitor and mitigate project riskReport project status to client and Adaptive stakeholders, and communicate transparentlyActively manage the client's expectations, make assumptions explicit and create a document trail for important decisions taken throughout the engagement.MANAGE A TEAM OF HIGHLY-SKILLED ENGINEERS :

Long interview processes are stressful and boring, and that is not us
We want to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
So here you will have three stage interviews :
1- A chat with one of our great recruiters.
2- A zoom chat with two of our PM / BA colleagues where they will ask you detailed questions about your experience
3- A Face to Face interview (either in our office or via Zoom).
But don't worry; everything will be explained to you step by step by your recruiter.

Base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package. Pay is based on candidate skills and experience.
