Role
Adaptive is seeking a Recruiting Associate to help achieve ambitious growth goals for our top-notch technical team in NYC. You will be an integral part of building the candidate funnel, defining recruiting strategies, and developing operating procedures. You’ll interact with founders and department leadership to help them add A caliber talent to their respective teams. This is a great opportunity to get first hand experience with rapidly scaling a software company.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Recruiting Leads and hiring managers to define hiring targets and attract top tier talent.
- Source high volumes of potential candidates for software engineering, product, design, and other roles that arise.
- Manage recruiting funnel in Ashby ATS.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a highly metrics oriented recruiting agency.
- High level understanding of technical concepts and terminology.
- Experience building boolean strings to source a high volume of candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Passion for empire building and driving outcomes to build great teams.
- Experience working with ATS preferred (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn, etc).

Environment
This role is located in New York City, and requires the candidate to work from our office in New York City five days a week.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
