Scrum Master
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.
We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to join our team.
Responsibilities
Oversee Agile development processes to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate with business and technical teams to drive project planning and execution.
Provide project updates and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Manage team velocity and assess capacity to ensure efficient workflow.
Work closely with Developers, QA teams, and Product Owners to maintain effective communication and collaboration.
Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and Agile best practices.
Identify and mitigate obstacles that may impact project progress.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies and Scrum principles. Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile development environments.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and software development processes.
Experience managing technical teams and overseeing project execution.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Preferred Qualifications
Background in project management with a technical focus.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
