Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Work with the Product Owner to manage product backlog and prioritize tasks.
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
- Track and report on project metrics and progress.
- Coach team members on Agile practices and principles.
- Coordinate with implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and the Scrum Framework.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working with project management tools including Azure DevOps.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce data migration and integration.
- Familiarity with other Agile frameworks including Kanban.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with Power BI metric reporting.
