Job Summary : We are looking for a
Technical Write
to support
cross-functional IT teams
by developing and maintaining
IT operational standards, documentation, and process workflows . The ideal candidate will have
strong technical writing skills, analytical capabilities, and IT knowledge , with experience in
IT service management (ITSM), process documentation, and operational improvements .Key Responsibilities : Create, update, and maintain
IT operational standards, SOPs, and best practices .Develop user guides, technical documentation, and process workflows for
IT teams and business users .Ensure clarity and consistency in
IT policies, security guidelines, and system documentation .Utilize tools like
Confluence, SharePoint, Git, or other document management platforms .Work with
IT teams to document Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management processes .Assist in
workflow automation and standardization of IT operations .Collaborate with
IT engineers, DevOps teams, and system administrators
to document tools, architectures, and integrations.Facilitate discussions with
cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders
to gather documentation requirements.Ensure alignment of documentation with
IT governance, compliance, and security policies .Provide
training materials and knowledge transfer
to IT teams as needed.Qualifications & Skills : Required : Bachelor’s degree
IT, Computer Science, Business Analysis, Communications, or a related field .1-3 years of experience
technical writing, business analysis, or IT documentation .Strong knowledge of
ITSM, ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Release Management) .Hands-on experience with
technical documentation.Proficiency in
Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA, ServiceNow, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools .Ability to translate
technical IT concepts into clear, structured documentation .Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
