Prescott Place is a 654-unit property is currently being renovated to include exterior paint, new patio enclosures, roofs, parking lots and amenity upgrades. Conveniently located near 635, 80 and 30.
Essential Duties of the Experienced Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant:
- Stand up, greet, qualify and "close" prospects
- GREAT commission opportunities
- Verify application and process paperwork
- Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections
- Generate traffic for the property by performing outreach
- Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer service
- Assist the property manager and leasing manager as needed
Required Skills and Experience of the Experienced Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant:
- Experience in leasing conventional apartments REQUIRED; Strong sales and leasing skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be willing to go above and beyond
- Great attitude flexibility, and professional presentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
