As a Bilingual Leasing Consultant, you’ll bring the LUMA Playbook to life by:

Engaging Prospective Residents: Conduct tours, screen applicants against qualification standards, and achieve a 33% conversion rate from prospect to resident.

Delivering Exceptional Service: Maintain a cheerful, professional attitude while presenting yourself and the leasing office with an impeccable appearance.

Providing Clear Communication: Utilize your bilingual skills to serve Spanish-speaking residents and prospects, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Contributing to Team Success: Share creative ideas, participate in brainstorming sessions, and implement innovative solutions.

Who You Are-
You’re outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people find their next home. You’ll excel in this role if you:

Have at least one year of experience in apartment leasing, customer service, or sales (preferred).

Are fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication and presentation skills.
