What You'll Do:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Actively expand ADASTEC's sales pipeline by promoting our technology and deployments and forging new business relationships to support our sales goals in North America.
- Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations to potential customers, both online and in-person. Effectively communicate ADASTEC's brand and vision to diverse audiences.
- Events: Represent ADASTEC at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events. Network with key stakeholders, build relationships, and explore new opportunities.
- Tender Management: Prepare responses to tenders, including crafting detailed tender documents, RFPs/RFIs, and presentations.
- Strategic Initiatives: Track industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Marketing & Logistics: Support marketing efforts by contributing to projects and content development, coordinating logistics for conferences and expos, including booth setups and travel arrangements.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, transportation authorities, and OEM partners.
- Data-Driven Growth: Analyze and report on sales performance metrics and market feedback to drive continuous improvement in our approach.
What We're Looking For:
- A proactive, "hunter" mindset with a strong desire to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to speak confidently in front of diverse audiences.
- Willingness and passion for frequent travel, typically 1-2 times per month across the U.S. and 1-2 international trips per year.
- A commitment to sustainability, the environment, and finding solutions to real-world problems through innovative technology.
- Enthusiasm for personal and career development, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic startup setting.
- Experience managing RFPs, RFIs, grant proposals, and tender responses.
- Passion for autonomous vehicle technology and its global impact.
- Strong customer service skills, effective collaboration abilities, and an understanding of global team dynamics.
