CBRF Caregiver Lead

Adava Care is currently hiring for a CBRF Residential Care Coordinator at our Pewaukee location. This is a first shift full time position with a combination of caregiver and office shifts.

Qualifications:

• CBRF certification - all 4 courses complete and on the WI CBRF Registry
• A valid Driver's License (not probationary or restricted)
• Caregiver experience in a group home setting
• One (1) year lead or supervisor experience
• One (1) year experience with medication passing

Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory of various supplies, ensuring all items are properly dated, stored and accounted for.
• Monitor and chart administration of residents' medications.
• Cook meals and provide snacks to residents
• Document resident daily notes (i.e. daily activities, behaviors, changes, etc.) & accidents/incidents. Including, monitoring and charting administration of residents’ medications.
• Responsible to assist with coverage of extra shifts when replacements cannot be found.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, eating, etc.) & facilitate daily activities, in accordance with the activity schedule.
• Assist management with new team member training.
• Provide shift coverage as needed.
