The Talent Acquisition & Culture Specialist will be responsible for leading culture and talent acquisition functions for the entire organization, including managing nationwide career events, leading internal referral programs, auditing job postings for compliance, creating communications materials, and supporting the Director of Talent Acquisition and Culture in company culture-related tasks such as event planning and budget oversight.
This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in building relationships, creating marketing collateral, and managing budgets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to adapt to diverse team members, and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
The Talent Acquisition & Culture Specialist will support the Director of Talent Acquisition and Culture on driving the culture strategy throughout the organization, including leading committee calls, updating trackers, hosting key note speakers, overseeing budgets, and creating marketing collateral. This role will also take ownership and initiative to drive engagement in company cultural initiatives by building relationships, personally advertising events, engaging with remote employees virtually, visiting construction jobsites, researching and suggesting external partnerships to drive culture initiatives, and tracking employee satisfaction and cultural alignment of various cultural initiatives through metrics.
