Role : - SAP Delivery Manager (Shop / Warehouse / Repairs facility / Aero / MRO Industry)
Location : - Winfield KS( 5 days Onsite). Please look for local candidates or same time zone ready to relocate
Visa : - USC and GC
PL refer to below SDM / Operations Manager
- Must work from Strother Site all 5 days a week.
- Should have minimum 12-15 years of experience working on Shop / Warehouse / Repairs facility / Aero / MRO Industry. Must have worked at least one ERP , SAP experience preferred.
- Must have minimum 5 years of experience handling Shop operations pertaining to IT, should have expertise in ITIL processes, operations support, problem management, and coordination.
- Must be able to understand and guide team to do RCA for recurrent tickets and work with them to provide permanent fix
- Should collect VoC and work with them to resolve the concerns
- Should have excellent soft skills in Spoken and written English
- Must be able to manage all client stakeholders up to Sr.Director level
- Mus be bale to manage the IT L1 support team on ground , provide governance , assign resources , work with remote L2 resources for troubleshooting and problem management
- Entire ownership of Shop SAP IT operations
- Self-starter, should work without supervision
- ServiceNow tool experience preferred
- ITIL certification preferred
