We are looking to recruit a Sales Executive. Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality construction equipment, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the construction industry. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they are positioned as a trusted partner for contractors and builders nationwide. They are looking for multiple motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join the growing team.

What You Can Expect

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base for our range of construction equipment. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Executive

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction equipment or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction equipment and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
