Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs for construction sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
- Provide safety training and orientation for construction workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of safety equipment and personal protective gear.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and maintain compliance.
- Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, training, and incidents.
- Stay up to date with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Participate in safety committees and meetings to enhance workplace safety.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and inspectors regarding safety matters.
