Job Posting : Construction Manager – Site Safety Specialist
Are you a safety-focused professional passionate about ensuring construction sites meet the highest safety standards? We are seeking a Construction Manager specializing in Site Safety to oversee safety compliance, mitigate hazards, and protect workers, the public, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs for construction sites.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
Provide safety training and orientation for construction workers and subcontractors.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of safety equipment and personal protective gear.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and maintain compliance.
Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, training, and incidents.
Stay up to date with safety regulations and industry best practices.
Participate in safety committees and meetings to enhance workplace safety.
Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and inspectors regarding safety matters.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Construction Manager specializing in Site Safety or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to enforce safety protocols effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and adapt to changing conditions.

Pay Details : 75.00 to 80.00 per hour
