Position Overview:
Bradford Health Services is seeking a PM Counselor I or II to join our Chattanooga outpatient team. This role is essential in providing structured addiction treatment through individual and group therapy, patient education, and recovery support. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to helping individuals achieve long-term recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based approaches.
- Educate patients and their families about addiction, treatment, and recovery.
- Integrate 12-Step programs into treatment as a support mechanism.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
For Counselor I:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- LAADC I certification required upon hire (TN).
- CPR certification required upon hire.
For Counselor II:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social or Behavioral Science required.
- LAADC II certification required upon hire (TN).
- Two years of addiction treatment experience preferred.
- CPR certification required upon hire.
