- Conduct assessments related to patient care, including vital signs and behavioral observations.
- Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals and mental health specialists.
- Assist in medication administration as directed by healthcare providers.
- Support clients with PTSD care, addiction counseling, and other specialized needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients while respecting their dignity and privacy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in patient care or working with individuals with SUD is preferred.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and special education practices is a plus.
- Skills in crisis intervention and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
- Certification or training in relevant areas such as medication administration or behavioral therapy is advantageous.
