Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the resolution process to ensure efficient issue management.
- Conduct account reconciliations using a detailed and analytical approach.
- Achieve monthly team productivity targets and currency objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, including customer outreach, resolution process development, account adjustments, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
- Analyze large datasets and effectively present findings.
- Exercise sound judgment and initiative in addressing complex AR aging challenges.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding delinquent payments, investigate discrepancies, and recommend resolutions for discrepancies and deductions.
Requirements:
- 5 years' of experience working in Accounts Receivable/Collections
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Deductions, chargebacks, rebates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Advanced Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc).
