Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of full-cycle AR and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Collections: Manage a multi-million dollar portfolio with 1000 accounts, utilizing strong collections skills to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
- Cash Apps: Process ACH, wires, checks, and other cash postings.
- Escalate outstanding receivables as necessary, using tact to resolve issues.
Requirements
- ERP experience is essential.
- Intermediate Excel skills are required.
