Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant with a flair for event coordination to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, as well as coordinating various events and functions.
Location : New York, NY
Pay : $28-32HR DOE
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to plan and execute events, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
- Assist in budget management for events, including tracking expenses and maintaining financial records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff attending events or conferences.
- Prepare and distribute event materials, including agendas, presentations, and name tags.
- Assist in post-event activities, such as collecting feedback, analyzing event success, and preparing reports.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other documents related to event planning and administrative tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for event-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, copying, and ordering supplies, as needed.
