Location : Tulsa, OK
Salary : $48-52k / year

Job Responsibilities :
Process and review invoices for accuracy, proper approval, and compliance with company policies.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
Respond to all vendor inquiries
Maintain and update vendor records, including tax documentation
Assist in month-end closing procedures by preparing AP-related journal entries and reconciliations.
Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and supporting data.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounts payable operations.
Requirements :
2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
Proficiency in accounting software
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, GAAP principles, and financial controls.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience with automated invoice processing and ERP systems is a plus
