- Communicate effectively with insurance payors to resolve claim issues and collect outstanding payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and actively pursue outstanding balances.
- Maintain clear and detailed records of billing activities within the EMR system.
- Stay updated with industry regulations to ensure compliance and prevent billing issues.
- Provide consistent and transparent documentation regarding billing activities for internal teams.
- Support the development and enhancement of billing processes for efficiency and accuracy.
