Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to candidate selection.
- Collaborate with managers to develop and price job descriptions.
- Handle candidate sourcing, screenings, and coordinate interviews.
- Lead recruitment efforts for fellowships and internships, developing a talent pipeline for future roles.
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
- Conduct exit interviews and report findings to HR leadership.
- Support employee relations and help resolve HR-related issues in partnership with the HR team.
- Maintain HRIS (Paylocity) with up-to-date employee records, benefits, and organizational data.
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. Document and investigate issues.
- 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and Generalist duties
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, will flex for experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with HRIS systems like Paylocity and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Hybrid schedule after 90 days
