Job Title: Contract Administrator (6-Month Contract)

Job Description:

We are currently hiring for a Contract Administrator to join our client's team for a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The position involves reviewing and processing contracts, performing audits, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the team in a variety of functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process retail, direct loan, and lease contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Conduct follow-up activities on contracts and assist with title-related tasks.
• Provide administrative support by filing, scanning, and uploading documents into the system.
• Respond to phone inquiries and provide backup for the receptionist as needed.
• Assist with various special projects and reporting tasks.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in customer service and correspondence.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
• Experience in reviewing, scanning, and processing contracts/documents.
• Comfortable with phone follow-up and handling front desk responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
